Once the product reaches our warehouse, the refund is initiated from our end. In case of prepaid order, the refund is processed to the original payment method. In case of a COD order, once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will ask your bank details and will then issue the refund.

You can check the stock availability while you select a product in the cart for purchasing. If you want to place an order for a product which is currently out of stock you can add it to your wishlist and you’ll be notified once it is back in stock.

Unfortunately, as a customer you cannot update the delivery address once the order is placed. You can send us a mail on suncasa.css@sunscitysheets.com before the order is processed. Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order is dispatched.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before they leave our
warehouse. However, in the rare case that the product is damaged
during shipment or transit, you can always request for a replacement
or refund within 7 days of receiving the order. Our website has a no
questions asked 7-day return/cancellation policy. In case of damaged
items received, we would need the following information - Your Name,
Address, State, Pin Code, Telephone, Mobile, Email Address, a
description of what is wrong with your cookware, and a copy of your
purchase receipt. Please email this to us at
suncasa.css@suncitysheets.com. You will need to contact us by email
with your order details. Unwanted items returned for refund must be
received by us in a re-saleable condition - the product's outer gift
box must not be damaged or marked; it must not have been used, and it
should be complete with any accessories and/or free gifts received
with the product and in its original packaging.

In this context, we would first like to advise you to NOT accept any open package or the package where the SUNCASA tape has been removed and ask your delivery partner to take it back.
The following guidelines are applicable in this case:
1) In case of COD orders, please do not pay anything to the delivery person.
2) In case of prepaid orders, you will get a refund credited back to the source of the payment, once the package is received by us.
In case you opened the package and found some products/parts missing in it, please contact us with the following information - Your Name, Address, State, Pin Code, Telephone, Mobile, Email Address, a description of what is missing, and a copy of your purchase receipt. We recommend you to immediately email this to us at suncasa.css@suncitysheets.com. Please be informed that the product must not have been used, and it should be complete with any accessories and/or free gifts received with the product (if any) and in its original packaging.

Once the order is processed from our end a confirmation email will be sent to you. Also, you’ll get a text message from our delivery partner with the AWB number which you can use to track the order on the delivery partner’s website.

The white patches on Stainless Steel cookware are formed due to the deposition of minerals like calcium which are present in the water. This is not a manufacturing defect & is just an issue with the quality of water being used to clean the pot/pan. You can remove them by boiling a solution of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water. Let it cool completely, then wash and dry the pan as usual. We hope this helps!

It is quite normal for food to stick on a Stainless Steel pan since it is uncoated & food is in contact with the bare metal surface. This is not a manufacturing defect therefore it isn’t covered under warranty. ( Add a seasoning video)
To avoid food from sticking on the pan you can do the following:
Seasoning your Stainless Steel pan to make it perform like a Non-Stick pan. In case you are interested to see how to season your Stainless Steel cookware, you can check it out here
We recommend using an adequate amount of oil when cooking in your Stainless Steel pan to avoid food from sticking to your pan.
Food sticking to the pan generally leaves black residue behind which is often very hard to clean using normal soap & scrubbing pads.
Mostly all kinds of dirt & food deposits can be easily cleaned and the pan can be brought back to its original condition by using a simple solution of Baking Powder, Vinegar & Water. Check out this video below to see how to do it: cleaning video can be shot and added

Heat tint is caused when you heat the pan to a high degree and don’t let it cool properly before washing it. The thick oxidized layer of chromium and air (oxygen) forms a protective layer which is also called the “Rainbow Effect”
Steps to clean:
- Pour vinegar enough to cover the bottom of the cookware.
- Wait for a couple of minutes, rub the affected area with a soft sponge and rinse it thoroughly.
- Wipe with a dry cloth/tissue/paper towel.
Note:- No performance issue arises because of such stains, it is only the appearance which may be disliked, but it can easily be cleaned. This is not a manufacturing defect & is not covered under warranty. We hope this helps!

Cast Iron pans are known to be naturally Non-Stick. However, the Non-Stick property in a Cast Iron pan comes from the seasoning process.
The seasoning process is not very difficult, check out this video to see it for yourself - ( seasoning video)
The better the seasoning of a pan, the better the Non-Stick property of the pan. Cast Iron products tend to get better with time & usage as the seasoning layer keeps getting better with every subsequent use.
If food is sticking to your pan, it only means that you need to season the pan a little more & then use it with an adequate amount of oil required for a wonderful cooking experience. We hope this helps!

The inner layer of SUNCASA Cast iron pans are made of pure iron ore. It is normal for it to rust in case it is in contact with water/moisture. Any cast iron pan becomes immune to rusting if it is properly seasoned. The SUNCASA Cast Iron range comes pre-seasoned with 100% Vegetable Oil but it needs to be seasoned regularly in order to keep it immune to rusting.

Cleaning Tips & Techniques
Whether your cast iron cookware is rusty or in a very bad state, you will be happy to know that you can restore it anytime with some proper cleaning tips! Please note that though cast iron is easy to clean, it is also susceptible to rusting if you don’t adhere to the right ways!
Follow these steps to keep your cast iron clean, rust-free and well-seasoned:
Use a non-metallic/plastic scrubber. Wash with mild dish soap, rinse well and dry with a clean towel. Season it either on a cooktop or oven
Things to remember:
- Please use metal scouring pads only to restore a rusted piece. Always use a gentle scrub to clean the cast iron cookware.
- You should avoid soaking cast iron cookware or using strong detergents. If residue remains after cleaning, reheat the pan and use a silicone scraper to remove it.
- To avoid rusting, dry immediately and rub with oil. You can either place it in a preheated oven or on a stovetop (at moderate heat) to help it absorb the oil.
- Never put it in the dishwasher.
- Avoid cooking acidic food like tomato sauce from start to finish as it might damage the seasoning and change the taste of the dish.
- Last but not least, store the cookware in a dry place so that it doesn’t gather moisture and rust.
