1.2. This Policy serves as a Privacy Notice for the Platform and the services provided under it. As a user You may visit and/or browse the Platform, purchase products, or enquire or avail any other ancillary services from this Platform, to offer these services We shall ask Your permission before collecting or processing Your PI

3.9. Service Provider refers to means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

3.11. You/Your/User/Consumer means the individuals accessing or using the Service or the Company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using any of the Services offered on the Platform.
4. When do We need to process Your PI

At the time of Checkout : a. At the time of making any purchases on the Platform - You shall be required to provide the following PI: i. Name ii. Phone number iii. Email address iv. Username v. Shipping Address vi. Billing Address vii. Payment Method a. To make purchases on the Platform, avail discounts, deliver products, maintain order and purchase history, transaction details and payment logs, verify Users on the Platform, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews.
b. In case You share information about another person Delivery to a location other than the one shared earlier/ Gift delivery etc. or an entity on the Platform, the same shall also be subject to the terms of this Policy. c. All financial transaction details are secure and encrypted. The Company does not store or process any such financial information, the same is collected on trusted third-party payment Platform.
At the time of warranty registration: In case You avail the warranty for the product You purchased. You shall be required to share following PI: a. Name b. Phone Number c. Email Address d. Order ID e. City f. Name of Product g. Year & month of Purchase a. To avail warranty of the product purchased and communicate with you. b. To provide customer service with respect to product purchased on Platform, h.Invoice copy

c) Legal Disclosures: We may disclose Your PI where such disclosure to legal authorities and representatives is necessary to comply with the law of the land. d) Mergers & Acquisitions: In the event, the Company undergoes any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, in part or in full, with another company, or in the unlikely event that the Company goes out of business or enters bankruptcy. Any processing of Your PI would still be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
6. Transparency as to the rights of Users
6.1. When You choose to engage and share Your PI with Us, You shall have the rights to know more about the PI that You have shared.
6.2. The Company shall respond to the requests made by the Users within a reasonable timeframe as practically possible in a concise, transparent and easily accessible form and
format. In case where the Company is unable to process the request of any User, the Company shall duly provide such User with a justifiable reason for the same. The Company reserves the right to refuse or entertain any frivolous and/or repeated requests.
6.3. In case You delete Your account or withdraw consent, We shall cease to further process Your PI however, such deletion/withdrawal of consent shall not be applicable on the information already processed by the Company.
6.4. Furthermore, upon receipt of Your request to delete Your PI, We shall delete Your PI unless its retention is necessary for legal compliances as specified in clause 7 below.

7. Deletion & Retention Policy
Records shall be stored for as long as it is required, for the purpose(s) underlined by the law or to fulfil Our contractual obligations in consonance with the Services provided to You and shall be disposed off according to the industry practices when no longer required.

The Company does not target and/or seek to collect any PI of individual below the age of 18 years. Further, We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. If You are a parent/lawful guardian and believe Your child has provided us with PI, please contact us at the Email ID, specified email in Clause 6 to request deletion.
11. Third-Party Integration and Social Media Policy
